Additionally, Hasan said 25 aviation companies will be involved in the Careers Open Day and Carnival in an effort to further develop the aerospace industry.

In another development, the Selangor Ruler noted that certain groups are openly sharing their views related to the disagreements on various sensitive matters that should be addressed by the MKI. These include the method of determining the start of Ramadan and the sighting of the Syawal moon.

“The 2024 Design and Craft Festival (Tukang), organised by Tourism Selangor, is among the excellent examples of events to nurture arts and heritage. A programme like this can also attract tourist to the state.

“Isu perlu diatasi segera bagi melindungi sumber protein negeri. Cadangan enakmen sudah dibawa ke Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri dan berada di fasa akhir. Sekarang sedang diperhalusi peringkat perundangan,” kata Ir Izham Hashim

Menurutnya, seramai 152 daripada 1,400 asnaf yang mengikuti program keusahawanan tahun lepas berjaya keluar dari kepompong kemiskinan.
