Ng said the SAP, which is one of several high-impact projects in the First Selangor Plan, aims to provide an environment conducive to research, development and innovation.

However, Anwar acknowledged that changes can at times be a point of contention.

“This is among PKPS’ initiatives, and moving forward, we can expect more cooperations with local and foreign companies to further improve food security in Selangor,” he said after witnessing the MoU signing at the State Secretariat Building, here, yesterday.

According to Anwar, he chaired the first National Climate Change Action Council Meeting (MTPIN) for 2023 as a platform for discussion between the Federal Government and the respective state governments to set policies, roadmaps and other matters related to climate change.
