“Sabak Bernam and nearby districts such as Kuala Selangor and Hilir Perak are important tourism destinations in Malaysia,” he said at the launch of the MOTAC D’Desa @ Selangor Festival at Dataran Dewan Seri Nakhoda, Sabak Bernam last night.

"Kerajaan negeri memandang serius bangunan warisan kerana kita tidak mahu ia pupus jika tidak mengambil langkah-langkah untuk mewartakan bangunan tersebut," katanya.

“Various efforts are being taken to continue promoting Hoho, including through social media, and collaborations with influencers, media and other stakeholders,” he said during a media familiarisation trip in Sepang yesterday.

"We've recently been made aware of cases reported in the media concerning an Islamic religious council where a notable sum of tithe funds wasn't submitted to the state tithe board. A similar incident has surfaced in Selangor. Though not widespread, we've taken follow-up actions, including filing police reports.

Ketua Polis Selangor, Datuk Hussein Omar Khan, berkata tindakan pemantauan dan pemeriksaan akan membabitkan pasukan pemantauan Ibu Pejabat Polis Kontinjen (IPK) dan Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah (IPD).
