“These are the government’s measures to ensure that the people can celebrate Ramadan and Hari Raya in a situation where we can still control the prices set,” he told the media after a walkabout at the Selangor Rahmah Ramadan Bazaar at Dataran Esplanade Eco Grandeur Park, Puncak Alam, here, today.

She said for adolescents aged 12 to 18, there were a total of 2,858,927 or 91.9 per cent of this segment who completed the primary dose, while 60,414 or 1.9 per cent had received the first booster dose.

"From the Holy Land, Azizah (Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail) and I pray that Malaysia will continue to prosper and always be under the protection of Allah SWT," the Prime Minister said in a Facebook post on Wednesday (March 22).

“During this year’s haj season, the payment rate for Muassasah pilgrims for the B40 group who are performing haj for the first time is set at RM11,980 per person, an increase of RM 1,000 compared to last year."

“We make changes for the B40 group... Although during the previous administration, the cost for B40 increased by RM1,000 and by right, there will also be an increase of RM1,000 this year. (But) I think they don’t need to bear the cost.

“We must make sure the benefits reach the people and the groups targeted by the government,” he said in a Facebook post today.

A large proportion of the approved investments took place in Johor (RM70.6 billion), followed by Selangor (RM60.1 billion), Sarawak (RM28.2 billion), Kuala Lumpur (RM25.0 billion) and Penang (RM16.3 billion), he said.
