Sincerity in Entrepreneurship

Assalamualaikum w.b.t and greetings all,

Islam greatly encourages its followers to seek wealth and comfort moderately in life. As long as our guidelines and principles are in accordance with the Syari'ah, business or trade can become a great source of livelihood for people.
A hadith from Abu Sa’id RA, where the Prophet PBUH said:

التَّاجِرُ الصَّدُوقُ الأَمِينُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّينَ، وَالصِّدِّيقِينَ، وَالشُّهَدَاءِ

"The truthful, trustworthy merchant is with the Prophets, the truthful, and the martyrs." Sunan at-Tirmizi (1209).

We hope that all our efforts with the Selangor Prihatin packages during MCO and the Selangor Economy Recovery Plan 2020 provide support to Selangor small business owners in these challenging times and it will be reciprocated with honesty and good faith from our local entrepreneurs and businesses.
